T-REEF Vacation House is a Renovation Project that aims to repair and renew vacant old houses into accommodations in Shonan Kamakura area. Our goal is to revitalize the community by creating places to stay.

 

There are many vacant houses in Kamakura, and this lead to concerns for local residents. Tadao Tominaga, a local of Kamakura, and Brain Trust from The Sun, a real estate company, teamed up to help solving this issue. T-REEF brand which is originally from Kamakura  is now striving to give back and create good vibes for it community.
